Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Deposit
To confirm your private tour or airport transfer, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The specific amount depends on the itinerary and hotel categories chosen.
2. Final Payment
Final payment is generally due 30 days before arrival, unless otherwise specified for peak season bookings (Christmas, New Year, Easter).
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are processed based on the number of days prior to arrival. Specific cruise and hotel cancellation fees may apply separately.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.
5. Responsibility
Kemet Tour acts as an agent for hotels, cruises, and transport providers. While we vet all partners, we are not liable for injury or loss caused by third-party suppliers.
